nice! but one question… why the apartments at NY don’t have balconies?? It seems too me very misery without balcony an apartment

Dimitris, thanks for watching and commenting! There are MANY NY apartments and condos with balconies and full terraces/outdoor gardens. But many apartments were built without code clearance for balconies and some architects didn’t plan them. Balconies are not popular in NY for families with small children or babies (safety issue), but they are very popular for singles or couples without kids.

Thnx for the answer! I had this question because here in Greece the balconies are very popular instead of other European countries where rarely balconies are seen. I guess and because of aesthetic purposes… Though as I saw many apartments at N.Y have balconies as you said which made me happy!

np, i agree with you it is fun to see a project etc… i always want to become a fashion designer in nyc. it just my dream:)it just like irwin did designing manhattan apartment:)P.S. Love your glasses Irwin!!:P peace
